The Daytona Beach Hilton is sold out of rooms.  We have arranged the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Hotel as an overflow facility.  We have secured the low room rate of $160 for city view rooms, which waived the resort fee ($30) and also entitles guests to a $10 parking fee in the enclosed parking garage across the street from the facility. The facility is just three years old and is located within walking distance of the Hilton (.3 mile/7 minute walk).  Please note that refund requests must be made more than 72 hours before arrival.

                    AGENDA  EXHIBITOR PACKET REGISTRATION

The good news is this year we are back at the Hilton in Daytona Beach!!! More good news is that we are introducing a brand new format.  Check out all the changes in the format by clicking here.  We start off early Monday morning with what we call Monday Funday!  After signing in and picking up your name tag at 9:00 am.
  • You may want to earn 0.5 CEUs by signing up for a group that you will follow through the Exhibit Hall for detailed presentations by our Exhibitors.  For more information on the Exhibit Hall Training, click here.
  • If you want to catch a round of Golf, you can join us for the Paul Brayton Golf Tournament.  Click here to register.
  • Or if you just want to hang around, there will be plenty of activities in the Registration Area outside of the Exhibit Hall.
  • In order for you to earn more CEUs, we have extended our training until 3:00 pm on Wednesday with a buffet lunch served to keep you going!

  • CEUs in the Exhibit Hall Be in the Registration area outside the Exhibit Hall Monday morning by 9:30 am to earn 0.5 CEUs.  In lieu of afternoon classes on Monday, you will be able to earn 0.5 CEUs for visiting the Exhibit Hall between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  An FRWA employee will escort your assigned  group to fifteen-minute sessions at selected booths.  At the end of the day, you will be given a CEU form as proof of your attendence. For more information on the Exhibit Hall Training, click here.

  • Zenner’s Ultimate Meter Challenge Test your skills against the best around as you join us for the Ultimate Meter Challenge at this year's Annual Conference. You could win $500 and a chance to compete in the National Event and take home the "METER MAN" title!  For more information, click here.

  • Fun and Games If you don’t need CEUs, join us outside the Exhibit Hall for an afternoon of fun and games before we get down to business.

  • We will also have classes until 3:00 pm on Wednesday to give you more CEUs.  Don’t worry, we will have a Wednesday buffet lunch to keep you from getting hungry on your way home.

    Along with activities from the past

    • The annual Paul Brayton Golf Tournament at the Daytona Beach Golf Course, with shotgun start at 8:30 am.  For more information, click here.

    • FRWA Social on Monday evening and the Exhibitor Social on Tuesday evening as we stroll through the Exhibit Hall catching up with old friends.

    • Awards for our long time members, staff, and golf will be announced during the FRWA luncheon on Tuesday.  For more information, click here.

    • Best Tasting Water Contest is open to member systems that bring a sample of their water by the Attendee Registration booth by 2:00 on Tuesday with the winner being announced at the FRWA social on Tuesday evening.  For more information, click here.

    • Breaks in the Exhibit Hall with plenty of prizes to be given away.

    • Lots of fun, food, friends!!!!
