2020 Focus on Change/Punta Gorda

The Florida Rural Water Association (FRWA) presents the thirtieth annual “Focus on Change” Seminar in conjunction with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). These sessions are designed to provide the most current regulatory information available to utilities. FRWA is pleased to announce that the DEP Water,  Wastewater, and Operator Certification Sections will be participating.

This Seminar is not the same as last year and you can receive CEUs for it even if you attended last years session.  Remember that CEUs cannot be awarded until the Administrative fee is received. FRWA cannot accept personal checks or purchase orders as payment. There will be no registration payment taken at the door or taken over the telephone, so get your registration and payment in early!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the North/South on I-75, take exit 164 (US 17-Punta Gorda), turn left (or West, depending how you come) onto US 17 South (West Marion Ave.), after approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Taylor Street, the Event Center is on the left.

From the East, (West Palm Beach) take US 27N/FL 80 W towards I-75, go approximately 70 miles, merge onto I-75 North, then take exit 164.  (US 17-Punta Gorda), turn left (or West, depending how you come) onto US 17 South (West Marion Ave.), after approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Taylor Street, the Event Center is on the left.
