Event Details

This is a joint training by Florida Rural Water Association and Georgia Rural Water Association, and will be both classroom and hands on for emergency response and planning. This training will give attendees a review of some of the equipment you would use during emergency response and how to hook them up, along with electrical safety, using electrical meters, VFDs, generators, by-pass pumps, control panels, staging, mapping, drones, and much more.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From 1-10 Take US 319 Thomasville Hwy towards Thomasville Ga. Travel 13.4 miles and turn left onto GA – 93 towards Cairo Ga. Travel 12.5 miles and turn left onto 1^st Ave NE. in 100 yards turn right onto 4^th Street NE. The facility is on the corner of 4^th St. and 2^nd St. It is a large grey building.
